PROVIDE FOR ALL RAW FOODS TO BE STORED AWAY FROM PRE PAIRED FOOD ITEMS TO AVOID ANY POSSIBLE CROSS CONTAMINATION. IMMEDIATE/ONSITE
*20  OBSERVED THE SANITIZER SOLUTION TO BE TOO WEAK AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATION(S) SANITIZER WAS NOT COMING OUT OF THE DISH WASHER WHEN RAN. PROVIDE FOR THE SANITIZER TO BE AT THE PROPER CONCENTRATION. DISH WASHER WAS NOT RAN FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS SO THE SANITIZER HAD SUCKED BACK UP INTO THE HOSE CREATING AIR BUBBLES. DISH WASHER WAS PRIMED AND SANITIZER STARTED WORKING PROPERLY. IMMEDIATE/ONSITE
